Custard powder:
Directions To Prepare Cold Pouring Custard :
1. Mix 2 level Tbsp (20gms) of Mr.Kool Custard Powder with 3 tbsp. of Milk taken from ? Ltr. Milk, to from a paste.
2. Boil the remaining milk and then add 3 tbsp. of sugar.
3. Add. Custard paste slowly to the boiling milk, stirring continuously for 1-2 minutes.
4. Let it cool and eat as it is or add to fruit, cake, Ice cream, milk ,etc.
For Setting Custard : To make moulded puddings triflers, fruit fools etc. Use 4 level Tbsp(40gms) of Custard Powder per ? Ltr. Milk.
